HomeDruid, Posts …and yet more time

…and yet more time

Well, it’s been a while.

To be honest, I haven’t been doing much with the ODU other than administration. I have a student there, someone who found this site, my blog (which you are reading now) and decided to join. He’s so quick that he scares me. Sometimes I wonder if I can keep up with him.

I have been reading the Ogham books I have access to, and I got sent one by Llewellyn, for review. From what I have seen, I think it’s going to be a high-marker.

I am getting other books too. I have two books by Raven Grimassi to review, and that’s actually it for the list I have owed to Llewellyn. Then I have two from New Page books, one on shamanism, and one that is “A grimoire for the Apprentice Witch” which looks VERY interesting. From just scanning it last night, I think it’s also going to be a keeper. And then I got a copy of “The Meaning of Witchcraft” which was reissued recently. I’m reading it and going to review it too. It’s proving to be illuminating.

I am still writing and I have articles up as you can see. So, that’s pretty much it for now. I miss Obsidian, he’s offline till he has internet access, which after a move it’s hard for him to do. Oh well. He’ll live.

I do have to update some of the articles, namely the Druidic spell. It’s interesting, I have a few detractors out there, who are running me and my work down on some lists. It’s one of those things that I guess everyone gets after a while. If it makes them feel better, I hope they get all the enjoyment they can out of it.

Finally got a Livejournal. Probably not going to post to it since I got it ONLY to be able to respond to other’s posts in some LJs. Let’s hope the maddness ends there.

Just keep plugging on.

Oh, my boss decided that I can’t be trusted to be mature and not spend all my time on my site. He had it blocked at the company firewall. That’s good and bad, since I can now complain about him and he and HR can’t see it. But it’s bad because he thinks so little of me. He (just the day before) said that he could understand me occasionally updating it (which is exactly what I did). But that he trusted me to do the right thing. Guess it shows ME just how much they trust me to do what I’m supposed to. Oh well. The only reason I keep coming back is to see how many people have come to the site now.

Take care all. May the Stars light your Path.
